Inspiring Young Achievers Network Africa (IYAN) formerly Inspiring Youth Achievement (INSPYA) Ghana is a charity organisation which seeks to change, nurture, and transform the African youth with relevant support and empowerment to achieve their SMART goals. This is achieved through platforms such as mentoring programs, provision of educational materials and infrastructure, self-development workshops, and networking opportunities.

The provision of communities with educational materials, and infrastructure to ignite the passion, and interest of the youth towards academic excellence.
The provision of relevant skill training to the unemployed youth to enable them develop their employability skills, and have sustainable lives.
